  • I have been selected as the winner of the contest 'Desi Play TV presents Bigg Boss Contest - The #WeeklyBiggBossBonanza' (“Contest”) for the program 'Bigg Boss 16' (“Program”) telecasted on Viacom18 Media Private Limited's television channel 'Aapka Colors Channel' (“Channel”); which Contest is organized by IndiaCast Media Distribution Private Limited and Viacom18 Media Private Limited (jointly referred to as “Organisers”).

  • I hereby agree and confirm that all representations, undertaking, warranties, release, permission given hereunder are given by me, out of my free will and consent.

  • I hereby confirm that I am above 18 years of age and further grant my permission and give my consent to the Organisers to use/exploit the personal information shared by me (as detailed in the table hereinbelow) (“Personal Information”), for the purposes of my participation in the Contest, and/or claiming Prize/Gratification (as detailed under the Rules) won under the Contest, and/or promotions related thereof, through the Organisers' website(s)/social media platform(s) (“Exploitation”).
