Its a story about Prem who is a happy-go-lucky person and is even a President of Happy Club. Through this club he meets Jenny and soon falls in love with her. Jenny is an adopted child and her parents want to forcefully marry her but she is in love with her college friend Rahul. Prem helps her to run away with Rahul sacrificing his love but soon Jenny realizes her feelings for Prem and comes back for him
