Hello Brother is a story abut Hero (Salman Khan) who is in love with Rani Mukherjee and Vishal (Arbaaz Khan) who is an inspector in Narcotics department. In a mishap with villian Khanna (Shakti Kapoor), both Hero and Vishal get shot and our saved by a heart transplant.
