Prakash is Imarti Devi's first born and he has seen the struggle of his mother. He is very the mixture of introvert and extrovert who loves his son a lot but is not too fond of his wife. Since he knew that their house is on mortgage he agreed to marry a girl who was rich but whom he dint like a bit. Imrati wasn’t happy with this relation since she felt that if Prakash will marry such a rich girl he will always be the awe of his inlaws. However the girl's family became bankrupt and she readily agreed to the match. Hence after marriage, when the money didn’t come, Prakash felt highly deceived and since then he doesn’t like his wife much.
