Madhubala's tryst with Superstar RK has indeed taken a dramatic turn. With RK going as far as marrying Madhubala (though it's just 4 pheras) to take his revenge, it is pretty exciting to think what turn this epic romance will take. We're sure you have seen a glimpse of RK- Madhu's union and are hungry for more.

But the surprises in Madhubala- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon don't end here. There is a brand new character in the show to spice up the proceedings. He hasn't made his presence felt yet but they will surely add to the drama that has been unfolding over the past few weeks.
Who is this new character that we're talking about? Well, he is RK's father, who will make an entry in the show. After all, with so much happening in the son's life, wouldn't the father want to witness it? So the next few days will see the presence of RK's father in his life. Being a superstar's father isn't easy business at all. To shoulder this 'starry' responsibility, veteran actor Raza Murad has been roped in. With his booming voice and commanding presence, it will be engrossing to see how Raza Murad plays the superstar's father. This character, RK's father, will also be part of tinseltown as he plays a studio owner and an aspiring producer. But don't expect RK to feel too good about Daddy Dearest's entry. Word has it that RK will share a not-so-friendly vibe with his father.

But Raza Murad, in real life, is pretty excited to be a part of the larger than life show. He says,”I always wanted to act for Colors, and my association with them started when I was roped in to play Shah Jahan in the iconic ‘Veer Shivaji’. Colors has been known to broadcast shows with some concrete messaging and maintains a healthy group of loyal audience. As an actor to get a second opportunity in a fresh, exciting & action packed show like Madhubala is a matter of pride. Just like me, my character has also been associated with the industry for long. Although my character’s wardrobe is too bold & flashy for my personal liking, I’m sure the audience would appreciate me in this new avatar.” Now we're really curious about his look in the show.
